1. General Policy
All purchases made for our products and services are non-refundable once development, customization, or setup has commenced.
This includes:
- Web2Print E-commerce Website Package
- Add-on Modules
- Add-on Services (e.g., Custom-Built Intelligent Pricing Formula, Third-Party Integrations, Website Design)
2. Custom Services and Pricing Formulas
Fees paid for custom-built intelligent pricing formulas (RM500 per product) are non-refundable after work has begun. This is due to the nature of the service, which involves manual configuration and expert consultation based on your unique business requirements.
3. Subscription Services
For annually billed services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
4. One-Time Setup Fee
Any one-time setup fees paid during onboarding or for template customization are non-refundable once the setup process has started.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:
- No development or setup work has started.
- A clear technical issue prevents us from delivering the service, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension of your account and services. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.
