• Authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Our base Web2Print solution is priced at RM3600 annually.
• Add-on modules and services (e.g., Custom-Built Intelligent Pricing Formula at RM500 per product) incur additional one-time or subscription-based charges.
• All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, software, and features developed by IQS remain the exclusive property of Instant Quote Solution Sdn Bhd.
• You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our platform without written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business data, pricing information, and product details for customization.
• You must not use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Custom Pricing Formulas

• Custom pricing formulas are developed based on client-supplied data and are subject to a one-time fee of RM500 per product.
• IQS will not be held liable for inaccuracies due to incomplete or incorrect input data.

7. Refund Policy

• Fees paid for the base system, modules, or custom services are non-refundable once development or setup work has commenced.
• Subscription services may be terminated with prior written notice, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

8. Limitation of Liability

• IQS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee that the website or pricing engine will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, misuse our platform, or fail to make timely payments.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
